What’s Soft-Clubbing?

Redefining nightlife: It’s an alcohol-free, wellness-first take on partying – think coffee-bar dance sets, and daytime DJ sessions.

Gen Z-led movement: Driven by a desire to socialize in ways that are more health-conscious, affordable, and meaningful. It’s about choosing more, more connection, more intention, and more joy.

Huge growth in wellness events: “Coffee clubbing” up by 478%, “sauna raves” up 256%, and “morning dance parties” up 20%.

Denver leads the charge: Morning dance parties there jumped 343% from 2024 to 2025 – more than any other city measured by Eventbrite.

I am sure a lot of you will already have noticed that, given the ‘robotic’ style of the posts, however I just wanted to come out and admit it.

Hey everyone, hope you are well and if you are in the UK, I hope you are enjoying the mini heatwave we are experiencing. We are currently on a short family break in Grantown on Spey in the Scottish Highlands and the weather is incredible.

After our short trip here, we will be heading home before returning to the Highlands next Wednesday to the Refuel Festival in Fochabers, where I get the honour of closing the festival with a DJ set. This will be the 4th year I have closed the festival, and each year just gets better than the pervious. If you are in the area please come and say ‘hi’ , would be great to meet with you.

I’m absolutely thrilled to share that I’ll be returning to Refuel Rocks Music Festival this summer and this year, I’ll be closing the entire event with one final, uplifting set!
